Here in this volume are gathered together all the most important speeches dealing with the War in all its aspects by Ministers, by Members of Parliament, and by Public men both of our own Country and of our Allies, France, Belgium, and Russia — speeches which will in time become documents of the greatest historical interest. These speeches have with a few exceptions been revised and corrected for this volume by their authors.
